'Doc Brown' is back!

Editor's note: We're at Dragon*Con this Labor Day weekend, and there's plenty here for a nerd to get excited about. Here's just one of the really squeeful moments we've had so far.

The internet has been abuzz for the past several days about a series of ads for an Argentinian electronics store starring Christopher Lloyd reprising his role as Doc Brown, with Delorean in tow. (It seems that Doc has found his way there in the year 2011.)

"Back to the Future" fans were psyched to see Lloyd ("Dr. Emmett Brown") and James Tolkan ("Principal Strickland," who called some of the fans there "slackers!" upon request) show up to the first of two panels on the beloved film trilogy on Friday at Atlanta's Dragon*Con, but there was that one burning question about those ads.

When a fan asked the question at the panel, Lloyd explained that it was a "full week shoot in full [age-appropriate] makeup" as Doc (not to mention the wig).

"I don't know if it will show up in this country but Argentina got their money's worth," he joked.
